2. Find the booking
3. Click "Cancel Booking"
4. Select a reason
5. Confirm cancellation
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

If you need to cancel due to an emergency, contact our support team. We handle each situation individually.
