How to Reschedule

1. Go to your Dashboard

2. Find the booking you want to change

3. Click "Reschedule"

4. Select a new date and time

5. Confirm the change

Rescheduling Policies

  • 48+ hours notice: Free rescheduling
  • 24-48 hours notice: May incur a small fee
  • Less than 24 hours: Subject to provider availability and possible fees
  • Tips for Rescheduling

  • Contact the provider first if it's close to the service date
  • Be flexible with alternative times
  • Check provider availability before requesting specific times
  • If the Provider Needs to Reschedule

    If a provider needs to change the date, they'll contact you through the platform. You can accept their proposed time or suggest alternatives.
